River Battles to the Final Possession at Santa Fe
GAINESVILLE, FL - The River came up short in a close battle at Santa Fe, with the game coming down to the final two possessions. It was a hard-fought contest on both ends of the floor, as both teams traded momentum throughout the night. The River continued to show resilience and toughness, proving once again that they are capable of competing with anyone. As we've said all year, it's the small details that will make the difference moving forward.
Adam Squire led the way once again with 24 points, continuing his strong stretch of play. The big man chipped in 16 points in the paint, while Caleb Cameron added 12 with consistent effort on both ends of the floor. Off the bench, Caleb Rivera provided a huge spark, knocking down timely shots and finishing with 12 points. Despite the tough outcome, the River showed fight until the final buzzer and will look to clean up the little things as they continue pushing to get back in the win column.
