Robinson and St. Croix Continue Volleyball at NCAA Division I

FORT PIERCE, FL- As the 2024–25 volleyball season comes to a close, we are proud to celebrate the achievements of two outstanding sophomores, Katejion Robinson and Hannah St. Croix, who will continue their athletic and academic journeys at the next level. Both players will graduate from Indian River State College in May 2025 with their Associate in Arts degrees and are excited to further their education while competing in volleyball at the NCAA Division I level.

Katejion Robinson, a standout outside hitter from Zephyrhills, FL, will take her talents to Jackson State University, where she will continue her volleyball career and pursue her bachelor's degree. Katejion has made an unforgettable impact on the court during her time at Indian River. Over 36 matches, she recorded 320 kills, 220 digs, and 48 blocks.

This past season, she earned a spot on the Division II All-FCSAA/All-NJCAA Region 8 Team and was named First Team All-Conference—testament to her exceptional play. She also ranked 4th in kills per set and 8th in total kills across the Sun-Lakes Conference, solidifying her place as one of the region's top outside hitters.

Hannah St. Croix, a 6'0" middle hitter from Fort Myers, FL, will continue her career at South Carolina State University, where she will also compete at the NCAA Division I level and pursue her bachelor's degree. Hannah has been a dominant presence at the net throughout her two years with us. In 31 matches, she totaled 93 kills, 17 aces, and 89 blocks. This past season, she ranked 4th in blocks per set and 5th in total blocks in the Sun-Lakes Conference. Her defensive consistency and vibrant energy on the court have been invaluable to our success.

"I couldn't be prouder of Kate' and Hannah. Both of them have set a high standard of excellence during their time with us. Watching them grow over the past two years has been a joy, and I have no doubt they'll continue to shine at the next level. They've made a lasting impact here at The River, and while they will be greatly missed, we are all excited to see the amazing things they'll accomplish in this next chapter," said Head Volleyball Coach Erin Ergle.

Katejion and Hannah have not only left their mark on the volleyball program at Indian River—they've also laid the foundation for continued success in both academics and athletics. As they move forward, we are confident their best is yet to come.
